I have created many resources for teachers regarding Web 2.0 and even dabbled in business contexts with the same tools. Essentially, I have an endlessly growing list of ideas about how to use these tools.
One resource I’ve created is a wiki called Web Tools for Teaching, which I created for a class I teach by the same name. All the resources I use for the class are part of the wiki, but I am not sure how much sense the wiki makes apart from the context of the class where I taught the material. On that wiki I do have one page where I list essentially every web tool that I’ve used to some success. Many I no longer use, but perhaps another person will find them more applicable than I do. I have discussed the eight tools I use most in an article on this blog.
That said, you are welcome to use my material, including the Web Tools for Teaching wiki, to augment your teaching or use of technology. I do respectfully ask, however, that if you are going to do any more than refer to or learn from this content, you contact me about how you plan to use it, so I can give or deny permission.
Hello!
I thought I would drop you a quick note and let you know that I referenced one of your posts in my blog today. (you can check that out here http://blisspot.blogspot.com/2009/10/benefits-of-pause.html) I like a lot of what you have to say and even ordered Before Five in a Row on your recommendation. Thank you for the inspiration!
Outrageous joy,
Kathy

Posted by Fred Deutsch | October 29, 2009, 9:05 pmHello,
I enjoy your blog. Found it while looking for material on reading Dostoyevsky. There is much good material here and I encourage you to continue to add to it. I share your interests and many titles on your reading lists. I am not a teacher but I am a parent and an autodidact.
My Best to you,
Dan
